Don't mind if I use it as references down the road. :) On a side note, I have found that if the team has too good a leader of certain style, it is actually very hard for the team to grow into the next stage. For example, a coach could be enjoying so much of his or her work, that he or she could unknowingly prevent others from learning to make decisions. Great article. Thanks.
